TOTAL MAINTENANCE

This option provides the client with a complete maintenance department on a contract basis. The option includes the supply of trades, supervision, planning and if required a purchasing and inventory option. The client provides repair facilities and we supply everything else.

Zereko provides the trades, supervision, planners, materials, personnel and the necessary systems to ensure effective and productive use of equipment. This service can include the maintenance of scooptrams, drills, shovels, conveyors, crushers, compressors, hoists, trucks, pumping, bulldozers, scrapers etc.

The client contracts to Zereko to furnish this service at agreed upon rates for a specific period of time.  Zereko supplies the personnel to ensure that this service is carried out, that materials and parts required are on site, that the planning work is effective, and that your production requirements are met.

This option frees management to concentrate on all other aspects of their company. No worries about work stoppages, recruiting, and training employees, safety, grievances, and holiday disruptions.

PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE

Zereko can provide both preventative and routine maintenance contract services to aid the clients' maintenance and operating areas.

This contract can include services which:

	Provide a contract trained maintenance group.
	Furnish training for existing maintenance personnel in proper maintenance procedures.
	Include assistance to the existing maintenance organization to develop and implement procedures which ensure that equipment is maintained in a cost effective and productive manner. This will ensure there is an improvement in production and equipment availability.
	Supply temporary manpower for plant and equipment shutdown planned work or emergency assistance.
	Embody assistance in the development of long and short term maintenance budgets.
	Offer short or long term contract personnel for specialized preventative maintenance requirements.

BACKLOG MAINTENANCE

	ZEREKO can provide the required trades services required during construction, start up and tune-in periods of an operation.
	ZEREKO can conduct a tour of a facility and investigate deficient equipment and systems, and then develop methods which allow the plant to improve maintenance productivity without increasing manpower.
	ZEREKO can also furnish the temporary manpower services required during construction, start up and tune in periods of an operation.

ZEREKO maintains access to a data base of tradesman, supervisory, management and technical personnel. ALL the usual required trades and occupations for a mine and mill area can be provided including the following:

In this type of contract, either ZEREKO or the client supervises the ZEREKO contract employees.  ZEREKO is responsible for payment of wages and benefits and contracts with the mine or mill to ensure that sufficient trained and experienced employees are available for the duration of the contract.

Crews are available with high pressure wash and industrial vacuum equipment.  Ideal for sump maintenance, shaft bottom cleaning, crusher station, conveyor belt, drift and stope clean-up.
